Open 365 Express (“we,” “us”) runs open365express.com and provides 24/7 expedited freight, truckload, and cross-border transportation across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site or send us a form, and how we use it.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into our forms or tell us by phone:
- Quote request: company, name, email, phone, pickup and delivery city, state or province, country, equipment, weight, and shipment details.
- Driver application: name, phone, email, location, CDL class, experience.
- Independent agent application: name, phone, email, company, markets, book of business.
- Contact form: name, phone, email, company, message.
We do not sell your information. We do not run advertising pixels or analytics on this site today.
How we use it
- To price, dispatch, or reply to a shipment.
- To review driver or agent applications.
- To call or email you back about the request you sent.
- To keep a record of communications for operations and legal reasons.
If a load is awarded, we may share pickup and delivery details with the driver, agent, or carrier actually hauling it. That is the only sharing needed to move freight.
Who processes it
The website is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions are stored there and sent to our dispatch team. Phone calls go to 866-365-3365. We do not use your information for marketing lists.
How long we keep it
Quote and contact messages are kept as long as needed to finish the job and our normal business records. Driver and agent applications are kept while we consider them and for a reasonable period after. You can ask us to delete a submission.
Your choices
If you are in the United States, Canada, or Mexico, you can ask what we have on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call and we will handle it. Do not send a quote or application if you do not want us to use that information to reply.
Cookies
The site does not set advertising cookies. Your browser may keep basic session data so forms work.
Children
This site is for business freight, drivers, and agents. It is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
